Guiding Families

When a loved one struggles with substance use, the entire family feels the ripple effects. It can be overwhelming to know how to help while caring for your own well-being.

We specialize in supporting families impacted by addiction—helping you navigate the complex system of care, understand treatment options, and communicate more effectively with your loved one. Our therapy sessions provide a space to process emotions, set healthy boundaries, and find constructive ways to support recovery without losing yourself in the process.

At Anchor Point Wellness, we believe that families deserve healing, too. Together, we’ll work to restore hope, connection, and stability.

Equipping Organizations & Faith Communities

Strengthening families. Reducing stigma. Inspiring hope.

Addiction impacts not only individuals but also families, loved ones, and entire communities. Faith-based and community organizations are uniquely positioned to offer hope and support. With the right framework, your organization can reduce stigma, support recovery, and strengthen families.

At Anchor Point Wellness, we believe that strong communities create lasting pathways to recovery. Addiction doesn’t just affect individuals—it impacts families, loved ones, and entire organizations. Faith communities, nonprofits, and service organizations are uniquely positioned to be anchors of hope and healing, yet many lack the tools, training, and frameworks to provide effective support.

Our consulting services—led by Kasey R. Claborn, PhD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist—equip leaders and organizations to create recovery-informed programs that meet the needs of those impacted by addiction. With expertise in both clinical practice and systems-level program development, we provide practical strategies grounded in compassion, evidence, and sustainability.

Our training program equips organizations to:

  • Build recovery-informed leadership and staff capacity

  • Reduce stigma in communities of faith and service

  • Provide tailored support for families and loved ones

  • Create sustainable, compassionate recovery programs

  • Strengthen community resilience
